We collaborate with dependable carriers to ensure your package gets to you safely and on time. Shipping times can vary depending on the product and supplier. Most orders ship within 1-3 days, while others may take 4-7 days based on supplier processing times. Please keep in mind that suppliers may need an additional 2-3 days to prepare your order before it’s shipped out.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number lets you track the progress of your shipment so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to offering unique and high-quality products, many of which are sourced internationally to provide you with the best selection. Due to the nature of our business and the associated costs involved in sourcing products overseas, we have implemented the following return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  2. Our customer support team will review your case and provide you with further instructions for returning the item(s) or, in some cases, arranging for a replacement.

  3. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

 

Exceptions to Our Return Policy:

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following reasons:

  1. Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item(s) you ordered.

  2. Size or Fit Issues: Please carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase. We are unable to accept returns due to size or fit issues.

  3. Custom or Personalized Items: Any items that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications are non-returnable.

  4. International Orders: Due to the complexities and costs associated with international shipping, we cannot accept returns for orders shipped outside the United States unless the item is damaged or defective.
